OUR STANDARD DEVICES: OPTIMEAS SMART SERIES

Modular design, adaptable to a wide range of applications. Besides the universal system smartMINI specialisations are available for rail transport (smartRAIL) and for vibration measurements (smartGEOLOG) are available. Via analogue-digital converters (smartI/O) almost every sensor system can be integrated.

FOR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: SMARTNANO SERIES

Developed on a microcontroller basis, particularly small, self-sufficient and completely flexible. The spectrum ranges from pre-assembled product variants to completely customised solutions.

The compact data logger smartMINI is the standard device for loss-free acquisition and transmission of machine and plant data. smartMINI is characterised by high performance and particular robustness. It can be easily integrated into existing structures and is also excellently suited for applications with difficult installation and environmental conditions.

With smartRAIL is a special device for condition monitoring and condition-based maintenance in rail transport. It can monitor the condition of individual safety and availability-relevant components as well as complete rail vehicles or entire rail fleets. In this way, necessary measures can be initiated at an early stage and problems minimised.

The complete system is designed for geological and geophysical vibration measurements in harsh environments. smartGEOLOG specialised. It is suitable for real-time monitoring of construction activities as well as for long-term monitoring of structures and other vibration sources.

For specific requirements, particularly small installation space or lack of power supply smartNANO-microcontroller-based devices are optimal. As a pre-configured variant or individual solution, they are ideally suited for robust use on machines, vehicles and systems. Thanks to the extremely compact design, the installation effort is minimal.

Monitoring and diagnostics begin with the acquisition of physical variables directly at the machine or in the process. As the interface between the sensor and the measurement data processing, the analogue-digital converters of the smartI/O-series reliably converts analogue sensor signals into digital information.
