In the event of malfunctions, the service department can remotely make diagnoses, order necessary spare parts and instruct repairs. The differentiated analysis of real-time and historical data can be used to identify the causes of faults and carry out predictive maintenance measures.
In addition, CIFA uses the broad data base for the further development of the concrete pumps.
The construction machines were equipped with smartMINI-The machine is equipped with a wide range of systems that continuously record meaningful variables: the support geometry of the machine mast, pressures in the pump unit, the oil temperature, open or closed limit switches and other operating data.
