Marketing talent
with a flair for sales (m/f/d)
Here are the details of the job
We see you playing a key role within our organisation: engineers, software developers, customers – and you right at the heart of it all. You ensure that everyone understands each other.
Your first task
Revamp our public image. To do this, you’ll seek input from the engineers and IT specialists and translate everything into language that customers can understand. You’ll then get the ball rolling on this basis.
Whether it’s newsletters, podcasts, email campaigns, social media campaigns – or something completely different? With the aim of raising our profile, you’ll select the right channels and manage them. You’ll have complete freedom to experiment and see what yields the best results. This also means keeping a close eye on market trends in digitalisation. After all, this is the only way to ensure you focus on the right themes in your campaigns.
Don’t worry. You won’t be starting from scratch when it comes to content; we’ve got plenty of ideas up our sleeves, and we’re already looking forward to hearing your thoughts on them. Apart from that, you’ll get all the support you need. We’ve already got a brilliant designer on board.
You’ll also have direct contact with customers: for example, you’ll use presentations to explain technically complex topics to them in a simple way.
You are knitted like this
- We’re not interested in a CV that follows a straightforward path. What matters is that you have marketing experience in the technical sector – both strategic and practical.
- You have done press work before and are well networked.
- You find it easy to get to grips with technical concepts – at the level of a first-year degree in electrical engineering or physics, for example. Of course, you don’t need to know any formulas; you just need to understand the topics.
- You need some English, but it doesn't have to be perfect. And you're sure to pick up the technical vocabulary quickly.
This is what you can look forward to
- You have full creative freedom. Nothing is predetermined. You set your own tasks.
- We have a unique approach to dealing with mistakes – at least, that is our impression. We regard mistakes as valuable, because they are the only way we can continue to develop.
- Working from home? Sure, that’s possible. Here’s how it might work: to start with, you’ll be in the office more often until you’ve got to know us and fully understand what we do. After that, we’ll sort it out as and when needed. We’re flexible – you’re flexible.
- You’ll receive a childcare allowance. We’re generally very understanding when it comes to the issue of „time for children“.
